Olivier Culinary School (OCS), Centre for Continuing Professional Cooking, (a non-award Course), has been providing short Cookery and Pastry Courses, approved by the Mauritius Qualifications Authority (MQA), since May 2014.

The courses are structured in a way to satisfy mainly the requirements of candidates willing to seek employment in the Tourism and Hospitality sector. However, OCS is ready to accommodate individuals who wish to join the course out of pure interest.

More recently, OCS has re-designed its courses to meet the increasing demand for people willing to work on cruise ships.

As a Training Centre and Job Provider, since 2017, OCS is in partnership with the Human Resource Development Council (HRDC) under the National Skills Development Programme (NSDP).

After successful completion of the course, candidates will be issued a Certificate of Attendance, MQA Approved.
