When you have been accepted at a German University, it is important to apply for your visa at least 3 months prior to your departure to Germany. Please present the original and copies of the documents below:
- Completed application form
- Valid Passport
- 2 photographs
- Letter of Admission
- Transcript of academic record
- Proof that you have sufficient funds to support yourself while living in Germany
- Declaration of authenticity of documents submitted
In addition, applicants need to ensure that they have proper insurance and pay a non-refundable fee of 60 Euros.
