The Teacher’s Diploma Programme has been designed for practising teachers of secondary schools. It aims at equipping them with the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes for the development of professional competence that will enable them to improve their effectiveness in teaching and classroom management with a view of making the teaching/learning process more relevant, meaningful and stimulating.
