The LLM Financial and Commercial Law course provides you with the analytical and reflective skills required in the competitive domain of financial and commercial law. On completion of this course, you will be equipped with the transferable skills that are essential in the modern workplace and are crucial to effective leadership, such as negotiation, problem solving and dispute resolution. You will graduate with a recognised postgraduate qualification in Financial and Commercial Law.
This course is available to those with legal and non-legal backgrounds, with postgraduate students joining with law or business undergraduate experience or professionals joining with legal or commercial industry experience. The range of backgrounds present in our cohort enrich the learning you receive as a member of a diverse learning community.
A bachelor degree with Honours at lower second class or above or a professional qualification deemed to be degree equivalent. International applicants are also required to provide evidence of English Language competence and an IELTS score of 6.5 (or equivalent).
