Greet the Guests : Housekeeping, Front Office, Restaurant ,Describe the different Types of Rooms and Room Amenities , Phonetics , Present Mauritius : Sites, Climatic Conditions and Festivities, Know the Menu, Present the Menu and Drinks , the Telephone Etiquette and Skills ,Communicate with Guests ,Inform about the Hotel Services ,Take an Order ,The Food Service ,Deal with Customers complaints ,Give Directions : Indoor/Outdoor ,Demonstrate Polite Behaviour in Conversation ,Make Suggestions and Recommendations.

Profile of Trainees: Receptionists, Housekeepers, Waiters, Bartenders and any other front liners involved with guests.
