L’agent d’escale commercial est un commercial de la compagnie aérienne. Sous la supervision du chef d’escale, l’agent d’escale accueille, informe et prend en charge les passagers de l’aéroport à l’arrivée comme au départ.

De l’enregistrement des passagers et de leurs bagages à leur embarquement, l’agent d’escale gère toute la relation clientèle pendant le temps d’escale (le temps pendant lequel l’avion est au sol). Il est donc un élément clef de l’aérogare car il est en contact direct avec les passagers, l’équipage de l’avion, mais aussi les différents services (sécurité, hôtellerie, etc.). Ses principales qualités sont le relationnel et la disponibilité.

Days of Course : 2 – 3  times per week, based on a Pre Set calendar

Time of courses from Monday to Saturday : Either 09:00 to 13:00 OR 13:00 to 16:00
