LLM in International Business Law (with a pathway in Commercial Arbitration)
UCLan’s LLM International Business Law (with a pathway in Commercial Arbitration) course provides students with the analytical and reflective skills required in the competitive domain of international business law. On completion of this course students will be equipped with the transferable skills that are essential in the modern workplace and are crucial to effective leadership, such as negotiation, problem solving and dispute resolution. Successful candidates will graduate with a recognised postgraduate qualification in International Business Law.
An undergraduate honours class degree 2:2 or above in law or a professional qualification in law deemed to be degree equivalent. (Other qualifications or specific professional training and/or experience may also be considered if applicant is able to demonstrate his/her suitability for the course and to provide evidence as appropriate. Such applicants may be interviewed). Applicants must be able to provide evidence that either they possess an overall IELTS score of at least 6.5 or equivalent.
