The mission of the cooking courses given in our professionally equipped kitchen is to improve your abilities through a rewarding learning experience by teaching the basic cooking techniques, with emphasis on organization in preparing dishes and a fresh approach to food preparation.
Class size is limited to 12 students allowing them easy interaction with the Chefs where learning, in a friendly atmosphere, is a pleasant experience. All levels of students may follow with ease the simplified and easy to understand steps of every recipe, where preparation is performed in front of the students together with their participation.
Class lasts for three hours. Food prepared, two dishes, are taken away by the students.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to handle food utilizing current information on food handling and safety.
On-going Course in Basic Cookery and Pastry Beginners: 14 January to 8 April 2017
Course duration: 3 months (13 weeks). Once a week, 3 hrs.
Days and Time: Tuesday and Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00 pm; Saturday from 8:30 to 11:30 am AND from 1:00 to 4:00 pm; Sunday from 9:00 to 12:00 am.
Basic Cookery and Pastry Course Beginners: Rs 9,000 for the whole course (3 months), payable in 3 monthly instalments (i.e Rs 3,000 monthly)
