BA Accountancy and Finance

Our Accountancy and Finance programme is a specialist degree, particularly well-suited to those seeking entry into the accountancy profession and careers in financial services or financial management. Many students enter training contracts with accounting firms, taking examinations for one of the professional accountancy bodies. However, many students also follow careers in banking, insurance, finance, law and management.  

Entry requirements

 The Programme has a number of entry points for applicants with advanced or higher level school qualifications, certificate and diploma awards. The minimum of 260 UCAS points: eg. A-Level Grade A (120 points); Grade B (100 points); Grade C (80 points); Grade D (60 points). 

  • We have  alternative entry route if you do not meet the minimum of 260 UCAS points( minimum of C / C / B in HSC): ACCA-HND-ABE-others. 


  • English proficiency is a must. 


  •  Students with other qualifications will be considered on a case to case basis 


  • Mature Students: Will be considered on a case by case basis
