I heard about Curtin University from my friends in Mauritius. After doing some research on this university, I found out that it was very well located with plenty of space. It is also considered as the biggest university in Western Australia with a total number of students well over the 40,000 mark.

I pursued a Masters in Engineering Management and I chose this degree because it was in line with my studies and provided me with excellent opportunities following graduation. I really enjoyed the environmental business and project management modules, but faced some challenges with Economics for Managers and Laws modules.

I was very impressed with the level of technology at the university with the latest equipment, and together with the highly skilled professors, it led to a great academic experience. The sports facilities at Curtin University is also remarkable with rugby, football, hockey and footy fields as well as a nice gymnasium. I was involved with the Rugby team at the university, and I enjoyed the clubbing life in Perth. I would also like to add that Perth is a very clean and developed city and some of my favorite hangout spots were Fremantle and Cap S.
