Higher National Diploma in Hospitality Management
Hospitality management refers to management of hotels, restaurants, travel agencies, and other institutions in the hospitality industry. Study Programs in hospitality prepare students to manage hotels and learn to supervise staff and oversee operations and development. The course will be run at École Hotelière Sir Gaetan Duval.
At least 2 ‘A’ Levels or equivalent or NTC level 2 (now NC Level 4) qualification with work experience (Foreign non English-speaking learners may have to undergo further selection exercise to ensure they will be able to follow the course.)
